SIGNATURE EVENTS (HS Teams)

Signature Events provide opportunities for students to compete against high-level teams from across the country/world to gain qualification to the VEX World’s Championship.

Co-Curricular Forms

When your team is to be out for AN ENTIRE SCHOOL DAY (or MULTIPLE DAYS) students must take the BA Co-Curricular Absence Form to their teachers to get anything they will miss and turn into the front office three days PRIOR to the first day of the scheduled absence

Participation is NOT GUARANTEED. Teams will be selected based on various criteria, including, but not limited to:

Collective time spent in the robotics lab/build days
World’s Skills Standings
Academic standings, active team participation, disciplinary concerns, and coaches’ input

Replacement Signature Events are NOT Guaranteed to teams unable to attend their scheduled events

Dress Code

Dress code will be communicated prior to Signature Events
Students are expected to adhere to dress code during the ENTIRE Tournament
Students should dress to represent BA at ALL TIMES during travel
